Bradford on Avon Cricket Club batted first and posted a disappointing total of 150 with only Tony Laws making a significant contribution with a stand out innings of 75. Urchfont bowled well disciplined lines,took their catches and by exerting pressure by bowling in the main on one side of the wicket,the Bradford batting line up didn't have the anwser and in the process offered up some soft dismissals. In response the Urchfont batsmen went on the attack and although Dean Bird picked up two wickets, Bradford lacked the penetration and were not able to stem the run tide as Urchfont ran out the victors by 7 wickets.
