Losing the toss and batting first only Ian Pinchen with a battling 29, James Edwards with a stubborn 18 and Darren Jones with a flamboyant 12* from 7 balls could reach double figures. The Bassett attack, lead by the pace & power of Neilon Joseph destroyed the Bradford batting and left them neding only 88 runs for victory.
Victory was achieved for the home side within 24 overs, Jack Twine with 35* and skipper Darren Beasant with 33 leading the way. Bradford managed to take two wickets, with Kit Chapman dismissing Lawro and Rufus Lakin getting Beasant LBW.
2 points from this game means Bradford need to show more character next week when they host Beckington.
