Bradford on Avon Cricket Club Lost By 35 Runs

Match report Swindon Nalgo won the toss and batted first.Nalgo lost early wickets but were racing the score along in the form of Imran Dastagir(50)playing in his usual aggressive style. The introduction of Dean Bird(4-37) and the left arm seam of Chris Hotchen(1-14) calmed the run rate.Some latter end of innings hitting took the total to 197. Mishak Belfon finished his season with(3-47)The Bradford reply failed to get any momentum losing the top three batsman by the 9th over with Latif Hussein(5-24) and P.Joshi bowling a good line. James Edwards (18) got a start in the rebuilding process until falling LBW to Anwar.Nick Gerrish (43) played responsibly and Chris Hotchen produced an excellent knock of (44). However the constant loss of wickets meant no real pressure was applied to the Nalgo bowlers and in the end the innings ended in the run out of Mishak Belfon(14)in the 41st over 35 runs short of the total.
